CBO`s 200G QSFP-DD Transceiver Series is going to hit the market

CBO a renowned vendor and supplier of optical solutions announced the release of new 200G QSFP-DD Transceiver Series containing two powerful models.

1. 200GBASE-LR8 Transceiver (BlueOptics© BO29W13610D)

The BlueOptics 200GBASE-LR8 optical transceiver is a hot-pluggable, eight-channel (8 x 25 Gbps) fiber-optic QSFP DD module designed for long-range 200 Gigabit Ethernet applications of up to 200 gigabits per second. This module comes with a CS type connector and offers up to 10 Kilometer transmission distance through the 200GBASE-LR8 technology, via 8xCWDM. The BlueOptics BO29W13610D QSFP-DD transceiver can be considered for a broad range of applications. Network users can utilize it for connecting 8 x parallel single-mode fiber cores with Ethernet switches.

2. 200GBASE-SR8 100M (BlueOptics© BO29W859S1D)

The BlueOptics 200GBASE-SR8 100M optical transceiver is designed for short-range 200 Gigabit Ethernet high-speed applications. This module transmits using 200 Gigabit Ethernet technology through 8x 850nm (each with 25 Gbps). The BlueOptics© BO29W859S1D is offered with an MPO-16 type connector and offers up to 100 meters and 150-meter transmission distance over OM3 and OM4 fiber link respectively. With this module, you will be able to connect Ethernet switches with eight OM3 or OM4 parallel fiber cores.

Utilizing the digital diagnosis functions BlueOptics QSFP-DD transceivers provide vital information such as; Laser Bias Current, Supply Voltage, Laser Average Out Power in real-time.
