Due to different circumstances different needs and requirements arise for the dispatch; usually however the duration of the dispatch must be as short as possible. For this reason, it is important to have a strong logistics partner for dispatch at his side. For this reason, BlueOptics and BlueLAN products from CBO are shipped with UPS. Thanks to a very good connection to the UPS logistics center, the dispatch can even be processed by late arriving orders on the same working day. Depending on the type of shipment and the recipient's place of delivery, the delivery can be delivered throughout Europe on the next working day. Within Germany and in many other countries of Europe, it is also possible to schedule the express delivery to a certain latest delivery time.The various UPS shipping methods at a glance:

UPS Standard Delivery

With the UPS standard delivery you will receive your shipment, within Germany, within 1-2 working days. Your delivery will be delivered no later than the end of a working day. Within Europe, the shipping time is about 3-5 working days, to almost every address.

UPS Express Saver Delivery

If you need your order within Germany on the next business day, UPS offers the Express Saver shipping method. This will send your consignment to almost every address in Germany within 24 hours. Within Europe, the duration of the shipment, at almost every address, is about 1-2 business days. Beyond the borders of Europe the delivery time is 3 to 5 working days.

UPS Express Delivery

If you need your order, within Germany, already in the morning, select the shipping method UPS Express. This means that your consignment will be sent to you by 10:30 am at the latest. Depending on the delivery area within Europe, a scheduled dispatch delivery is also possible.

UPS Express Plus Delivery

If you need your order within Germany, very early in the morning, select the shipping method UPS Express Plus. This will send your consignment to almost every address, no later than 9:00 am. Depending on the delivery area within Europe, a scheduled dispatch delivery is also possible.

Needed urgently? Use the Courier Service Blitz-Delivery

In order to be able to counter the most urgent needs with a fast dispatch, CBO works with various courier service logistics companies for extra speedy deliveries for emergency necessity of products. If BlueOptics or BlueLAN products are urgently needed, because it is important to (re-)install an installation, CBO offers the possibility to send goods with the CBO courier service 365 days a year, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day in a special delivery. Even on holidays or to remote locations, the CBO courier shipping service is available for a corresponding shipping charge.

Delivery Tracking via Tracking Link

To keep track of your shipment, CBO will always provide you with an automatically assigned tracking link to the e-mail address you specified for shipping. Once your package is released for shipping, you will receive a notification to track the shipping status. As soon as the goods have been handed over by CBO to the respective logistics service provider, you can follow the respective shipping steps and at the end of the runtime see to whom the shipment was handed over to.

On-Site Pickup Instead of Shipping

If all of the above-described shipping options are not sufficient to meet your schedule, you have the option of picking up your goods at our sales office in Mulheim-Ruhr - without any dispatch. This saves you the shipping costs and is also flexible in your timetable, insofar as the distance to the CBO location allows this. The CBO team will be happy to help you pick up your luggage between 9am and 5pm. Please note that ordered products must also be packed for you. Please check with your customer adviser to determine when your goods are ready for collection.
