Absolute customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Therefore, we guarantee you, in accordance with our strict quality guidelines, a technically flawless product of the highest standard. Should you still find defects within the specified warranty period, we ask you to observe the following points for the smooth handling of your RMA:

1. Request an RMA number through this online form.

2. You will receive an e-mail with RMA number and return form from us.
IMPORTANT: The RMA number must be attached to the outside of the package! The return form must be inside parcel.

3. The goods sent in and the data recorded on the returns form must match. Please check carefully all data provided by you (products, quantity, etc.).

4. To ensure the fastest possible processing, the items are exchanged in advance and charged. The price here is the current retail price. Depending on the result of the check of your return, you will receive a credit for the items already sent.

5. The return has to be made to us free house. Our RMA Management can not accept packages sent unfree or returns without a returns form.

6. The RMA number is valid for 14 days.

7. The RMA number sent to you authorizes you to return the goods. We grant with the acceptance of the goods no claims. These can only arise after the conclusion of a final examination of the products.
